This novel is a complex
drama of some 160,000 words. The manuscript's thirteen chapters
comprise a plan by officials of the U.S. Government, et al,
to affect the extinction of Japan as a nation by means of
a biological agent expressly developed for that purpose. Much
of the science in this work represents actual, current research
and experimentation that is underway in the general area of
chemical and biological warfare, and the specific area of
what I call ethnic?sensitive design genetics. At its core
this work contemplates very realistic scenarios targeting
a host of ethnics for extinction. Japan is but the first of
these. The list also includes the Blacks, Chinese and others
who are perceived ? though not necessarily for national security
reasons - as not being either historically or culturally beneficial
to the long-term general interests of America's national population
mosaic. And so, in these terms, The Germlords will remain
a work in perpetuity. In other words, there will be successive
Planners, always five, to continue the work of these the originals.
What is critical to understanding both the focus and intent
of this material is the chilling fact that - as I have been
reliably informed - ethnic-sensitive design genetics research
is, in fact, alive and well in the United States, Russia,
India and Japan. And within this species of research there
have been - and are - attempts to weaponize both the HIV and
Ebola viruses. So far, the Russians have failed. And the reader
will find reference to this in the very recent book BIOHAZARD
by Dr. Ken Alibek, the former head of the Soviet biological
weapons program, who defected to the United States in 1992.
The current status of the other three nations' efforts is
a very closely guarded secret. However, I am told that with
respect to "reconstituting" the, Ebola virus "things
are proceeding apace."
